Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. We do accept insurance. Please refer to our insurance page to find out if we accept your insurance carrier. If we are currently not a provider for your insurance carrier, we can provide our clients with the proper billing documentation for "out of network" benefit coverage.

Conflict can happen when family members have different views or beliefs that clash. Sometimes conflict can occur when people misunderstand each other and jump to the wrong conclusion. Conflict is part of our life. It cannot be avoided, but it can be resolved. Through counseling and treatment, we are here to help you identify conflict, and solve it in a peaceful and respectful manner.
We understand that people are faced with prejudice and discrimination on a daily basis. We are here to help our clients and community members manage social discrimination, prejudice, racism, poverty, sexual orientation and gender reassignment injustices and prejudice. We are here to let our community members know they are not alone, and give them the support and guidance they deserve.
Many individuals can suffer from traumatic experiences such as, domestic violence, sexual assault, war, death, natural disasters, divorce, serious injury or illness and etc.These individuals can experience symptoms associated with these painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship. Relationship concerns is not limited to only couples seeking help. We work with individuals who may be having dating concerns, or individuals who may have concerns in their relationship that they want to address in a healthy and safe environment.
Substance abuse is a patterned use of a drug in which the user consumes the substance in amounts or with methods which are harmful to themselves or others. Our therapists are here to meet individuals where they are at, and help them take steps toward a healthy lifestyle. We understand that not only are the individuals impacted by substance use, but their family and loved ones as well. We are here to give supportive counseling to the family members, partners , and friends of those individuals suffering from substance use.
